Tasting Notes and Scores

Fermented in 350-litre oak. Lower elevation than Les Chenevottes and more sunny. Barrel sample. Broader and riper fruit character compared with the Garenne. Dusty lemon and lime, with clementine and a touch of cedar. Stony dustiness balances the generous fruit. Creamy, smooth, tight and long, rounded in that creamy character. (JH)
