In tank and will be bottled in February. The barrel is extra-small to hold the fruit of just 4.3 ares (0.1 acres). Light to mid cherry red. Sweet but dark and spicy. This has a powerful beauty and a subtlety that is deceptive. There's a lightness of touch and a delicate spice that is so light on its feet. Complex aroma of spice and fruit and something savoury but juicy at the same time. Really difficult to describe because it has a delicate intensity and amazing length. Cool, long and sophisticated.
