Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2022 Nuits Saint-Georges Les Pruliers 1er Cru has a very focused bouquet with fine mineralité , gaining cohesion with time and hints of rose petals. The medium-bodied palate is strict and poised, with fine-boned tannins, good depth, and a sustained, marine-tinged finish. Very promising.

0.53 ha (1.31 acres). Cask sample. Mid ruby. Dense nose of red fruits and a little cassis. Volume and density on the palate too – some Nuits typicality in added weight and tannic structure. By no means heavy, this is compact. The acidity remains refined and elegant and there’s a long finish. (MH)

Cask sample. Dark, brooding, intense. A very classy representation of premier-cru NSG with crunchy dark fruit, firm tannin and lots of concentration. Surprisingly approachable already, this is going to improve substantially with further bottle age. Leafy, floral edge adds another layer of interest. (AWH)
