The 2021 Gevrey-Chambertin Les Champeaux 1er Cru contains up to 30% whole bunch. Pretty and quite transparent on the nose, this exudes the essence of Pinoté, subtle pressed flower scents emerging with time. The palate is well balanced with fine tannins, not powerful but understated with an elegant and persistent finish. Excellent.
