100% whole bunch. 20% new oak. Les Grands Champs. Bottled unfiltered. Deep cherry fruit. Ripe, dark-red fruit. Ripe but fresh on the palate, chewy with lovely depth of fruit and richness. Not marked by whole bunch at all though the tannins are firm and fine. This is lovely, savoury yet ripe, dark-fruited and refined in texture. Great integrity. Chewy and long. (JH)
