Moderately saturated medium red. Captivating, precise aromas of cherry, raspberry and minerals. Pure and taut in the mouth, with a crystalline quality to the flavors of red berries, pepper and spices. More complex than the Ostrea. This calls for a good five or six years of cellaring.

The most aromatically elegant wine in the range with a beautifully refined and highly expressive nose of pure and high-toned mineral suffused red fruit that is nuanced by hints of underbrush and earth that can also be found on the racy barely middle weight flavors that are detailed and persistent. Like several of the wines in the range, this is not especially concentrated, in fact it's definitely on the light side yet there is good flavor authority and solid character. A wine of harmony.
