The 2020 Pouilly-Fuissé Sur La Roche 1er Cru has an intense lime cordial and peach skin-scented bouquet, finely delineated and focused with just a slight touch of reduction. The palate is well balanced, quite powerful with a fine bead of acidity, again, a little reduced; however, just give it bottle age, and this will mature magnificently.
