The 2021 Saint-Véran Cuvée Unique was picked from the vineyards in one go. The nose displays yellow fruit with a subtle reduction. Light crushed stony scents appear underneath with greengage and grassy meadow hints. The palate is well balanced though not as complex as the Mâcon-Pierreclos. It's tensile, not powerful, with a touch of salinity on the finish. Fine.
