The 2009 Vosne-Romanée possesses wonderful mid-palate density. It is a totally seductive wine layered with dark wild cherries, spices, mint and crushed flowers, all of which are woven together in a tapestry of unusual class at the villages level. The finish is elegant and harmonious. Clark used 20% whole clusters on the Vosne.
