Tasting Notes and Scores
The 2015 Chambolle-Musigny Villages has an upfront bouquet with blueberry and raspberry coulis aromas on the nose, intense and developing floral scents with continued aeration. The palate is fruity, to put it in banal terms, with vibrant black cherry and cassis notes. I appreciate that this could only come from Chambolle-Musigny, whilst the white pepper on the finish is welcome. This is a fine village cru from Jérôme Castagnier.
