The 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté En Auvonne, from a lieu-dit in Couchey, has a punchy nose with yellow flowers and orange cordial scents. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, a pleasant "fatness" in the mouth with a tangy, marmalade-tinged finish. Enjoy over 4-6 years.
