The 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté En Auvonne, from a lieu-dit in Couchey, has a punchy nose with yellow flowers and orange cordial scents. The palate is well balanced with fine acidity, a pleasant "fatness" in the mouth with a tangy, marmalade-tinged finish. Enjoy over 4-6 years.

The 2020 Bourgogne Aligoté En Auvonne exhibits aromas of pear, peach, white flowers and toasted nuts. Medium to full-bodied, ample and satiny, with bright acids and a saline finish, it's fermented and matured in demi-muids.
