Tasting Notes and Scores
Lovely high-pitched scents of lime and lavender. Suave, precise and light on its feet, showing excellent stony definition and airiness. Finishes with outstanding length. The Bouzereaus bought these now-35-year-old vines from Domain Jean Chartron back in 1996, with Domaine de Montille and Boyer-Martenot purchasing adjoining parcels at the same time.

Vinous
The 2015 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru les Caillerets has an attractive, cold stone and juniper-tinged bouquet that takes its time developing in the glass. Eventually it reveals admirable precision. The palate is vibrant on the entry with tangy, desiccated orange rind and dried apricot notes, quite spicy and lively towards the finish. The aftertaste conveys good salinity that beckons you back for another sip. This should drink well for 7-9 years.
