TA (sulphuric) 4.3 g/l, TA (tartaric) 6.58 g/l, pH 3.15. 15 months' ageing, 25% new oak. Cask sample. Much more floral than the straight Meursault. Restraint. Fine balance of spice, concentration, oak and ripeness of tree fruit. Attractive already, best in a year or two. (AWH)
