The 2019 Gevrey-Chambertin Corbeaux 1er Cru exudes the most mineralité on the nose of all of Rossignol-Trapet’s Premier Crus, coming across very transparent and focused. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy red fruit. Grippy but very elegant, displaying impressive matière on the finish. Highly recommended.
