Tasting Notes and Scores

91-93 NM

The 2020 Saint-Aubin Sous Roches Dumay 1er Cru presents an almost clinically precise, delineated nose of struck flint and a touch of petrichor – classic Saint-Aubin. The palate is very well balanced with a fine bead of acidity, though the oak is a little more prominent on the finish, so give it 4–5 years to assimilate. Lots of substance and breeding here.
