Unwinding in the glass with aromas of pear, green apple, white flowers and honey mingled with hints of oyster shell and youthful reduction, Arnaud's 2020 Chablis 1er Cru Vau De Vey is medium to full-bodied, taut and chiseled, showing just as much cut and tension as it did when I tasted it from bottle last year. Its graceful evolution confirms this new domaine's promise.
