The 2020 Vosne-Romanée Les Beau Monts 1er Cru marks the first time Jean-Nicolas Méo has produced a wine from this Premier Cru via his négociant arm. It has a well-defined nose, quite floral with violet and iris scents, a mixture of blueberry and raspberry fruit. The palate is medium-bodied, very smooth and harmonious, quite expressive red fruit with just a judicious touch of spice towards the finish. Elegant and refined.
