92-94 NM

The 2020 Château des Quarts 1er Cru Monopole has a taut nose, yellow plum, Nashi pear, orange blossom and touches of white truffle. The palate is very well balanced with good weight, powerful and quite spicy with orange zest and hints of quince on the finish. The manner in which these fan out, their persistency, is very convincing, so do think about cellaring this for a few years if you can resist. It's got longevity printed all over it.
