Deeply pitched aromas of nuts, maple syrup, truffle and mushroom, along with a whiff of crab apple. Creamy, toasty, dry and rich, with rather mature nutty and earthy flavors. Seems a bit dry on the persistent finish, with some edgy acids showing.
