From the three central parcels of Clos des Goisses, of which 30% is Chardonnay – although this wine is 100% Pinot Noir. No malolactic. Dosage 4.5 g/l. Disgorged October 2015. Deep straw. Very sumptuous nose. Lovely and complete. Full and racy. Big and bold but more refined than the Clos des Goisses 1996. Really tense yet opulent. Great balance. Lots to get your teeth into. So long.
