Les Cintres 2012 shows a very fruity nose with aromas of cherry and raspberry eau-de-vie. Round and full in the mouth, it displays fruity aromas of raspberry developing into notes of blueberry and black cherry that are counterbalanced by stone-dry minerality. The palate is exceptionally dense and muscular with a creamy texture and racy, vibrant acidity. Very powerful yet not heavy it is remarkable now but has enough matter to last for decades. One of the best 2012 Champagne we have had the chance to try!
