A classical Pol character on the nose. Lovely elegance, rich secondary aromas - so enticing. Fresh citrus notes wrapped up by nutty, smokey toasted brioche. Rich, round mouthfeel with great structure and balance... a hallmark of the vintage. Lovely length. Excellent!

Pol Roger's 2002 Brut Vintage is showing beautifully, bursting from the glass with an expressive bouquet of confit lemon and pear mingled with nuances of brioche, wheat toast, honeycomb and dried white flowers.
