The bottles which have gotten more yeast tones and been maturing at a slower pace in the cellars of Clicquot are if possible even more brilliant than the normal version. It is one of the most appreciated and enjoyable heirlooms from my own cellar. A wine to feel at home with! Sort of a reference wine to always come back to. I will cry floods when it is extinct from my cellar.
