A mouthwatering salinity gives incredible freshness, and its powerful mineral core drives the palate. Ripe fruit married to electric acidity makes this crisp, fresh, rich, and sumptuous all at once. The finish is salty and long. Distinctly Jura, we love it.

94pts - From a more west-facing, limestone rich outcrop, this 100% whole bunch fermented Pinot Noir has wonderfully sensual high-toned red fruit and floral notes on the nose such as maraschino cherry and rose. Pinot Noir is at its best on limestone on the Jura and is a great vehicle to demonstrate the region’s ancient soils. This 2022 is juicy and mouth-filling, with pleasing grip and classic calcareous traits thanks to a sublime salinity. The flavours edge towards black cherry on the long fresh, finish. Thrilling, high-altitude Pinot.
