Full ruby. Pungent, pure aromas of blackberry, violet and dark chocolate. Sweet and lush but bright and delineated, thanks to harmonious, ripe acidity. This has superb concentration and length, and a degree of grip rare for Minervois. The sweet, noble tannins really coat the palate.
