Light yellow. Smokier and more powerful than the Caillottes on the nose, showing ripe pear and yellow plum. Rich, palate-coating pear and pit fruit flavors are firmed by a bitter lemon zest quality and pack a real punch. The finish repeats the citrussy note and lingers with excellent persistence.
