Tasting Notes and Scores
Aromas of rich black chocolate and sweet tobacco. On the palate the fruit is charmingly soft and rounded, with supporting saline notes, dark, bitter cocoa, garrigue and fine minerality. Sweet tannins and juicy black fruit give rich concentration. According to Trévallon's co-owner and winemaker Eloi Dürrbach this was a magnificent vintage, with the Mistral blowing for most of August balancing the summer heat.
