Again, 2-4% co-fermented Viognier is blended with Syrah, and the bouquet offers up beautiful aromas of spring flowers, sweet forest floor, black raspberries, white peaches and kirsch. Seductive and full-bodied with velvety tannin, an endlessly constructed texture and huge length, this prodigious Cote Rotie should age effortlessly for 15-20 years.
