The 2016 Collioure Chrysopée Blanc, a blend of 90% Grenache Gris and 10% Grenache Blanc, was barrel fermented and aged in demi-muids. It shows subtle aromas of toasted grain, lime and orange zest. Medium-bodied, with tremendous briny freshness and length, it should be enjoyed over the first few years of its life.
