Peachy, spicy, citrus-tinged fruit is matched by a cool, green herbacity. Fine-boned, lacy and delicate on the palate but with impressive fruit and mineral concentration hovering beneath the surface. A lovely long finish with mouth-watering mineral salts and splashes of juicy golden fruit

Complex aromas: lightly fumy/herbal, white mushroom, almost peppery in its citrus freshness. Tastes sweeter than the Graacher Himmelreich Auslese. Utterly pure and embryonic, generous in fruit but with a terrific acid backbone. Needs time Drink 2028-2043.
