Tasting Notes and Scores
100% Assyrtiko. Less vibrant initially than the Pyritis with more of a bass note. Creamy, gentle, utterly harmonious. Underlying green fruits and stony/mineral. L ikely to benefit from another year or more in bottle. Immense citrus purity to a long, mouth-watering finish. Doesn't seem to have quite the depth of the Pyritis in 2022. It's a complex wine, but that doesn't make it hard work. (JH)
