Baudana's 2009 Barolo has everything one could ask for in a straight Barolo. Rich, resonant and inviting, the 2009 impresses for its overall balance and sheer deliciousness. Sweet dark cherries, plums, cloves, menthol and licorice all flesh out in an inviting, layered Barolo to drink now and over the next decade. There is so much to like here.
