The Domenico Clerico 2011 Barolo Aeroplan Servaj boasts an almost unreal level of richness and intensity. You feel the heat and power of the vintage, but the wine never feels jammy or flat. In fact, it moves across the palate with elegance, power and an impressive sense of balance. At its core, this Barolo reveals a tightly knit textural fabric based on good acidic integration and smoothly polished tannins. This wine shows no rough edges and it promises a long bottle evolution.
