This is a wine that you will want to spend a lot of time with… The nose is beautifully perfumed – at first the classic notes of white flowers and spring blossom are at the fore but pay attention and you’ll find wild strawberries and rosehip and a suggestion of lychee. This is so fine and delicate – a crystalline, filigree structure. Subtle flinty notes compliment the floral perfume. On the palate, it is all white and yellow citrus – white grapefruit, lemon – as well as creamy cashew nuts. Bracingly fresh with vivid acidity that, as in all of the wines, is effortlessly integrated. Textured and phenomenally long finish. So much finesse here. Drink 2025-2045.
