Opening to a dark ruby core, the 2019 Copper Pot Pinot Noir wafts from the glass with classic aromas of cherry, raspberry and strawberry, along with a soft dusty essence and floral expression. Medium-bodied and with 13.5% alcohol, the Pinot Noir displays flavors of dusty cherry skin, elements of turned earth and black tea, making way for growing tannins across the mid-palate. The wine ends with a lingering and spicy conclusion. 9,600-bottles were produced.
