This opens up with aromas of nuts, cumin and subtle dried fruit. The palate is medium- to full- bodied, elegant and well rounded, with nutty flavors. Ample and flavorful with great finesse. It has an average age of 15 years. This solera is fed by the Palmas fino solera. It's bottled twice a year. Technical director Antonio Flores refers to it as amontillado fino. Drink now. Viña AB is a classic that can be too easily overlooked. It’s a stylish Amontillado that ticks all the boxes: it's polished, refreshing and textured; a 12 year old with no sense of age.
