Glistening ruby. Perfumed aromas of red fruit liqueur, exotic spices and potpourri, along with a hint of smoky minerals that builds in the background. Lively and focused on the palate, showing very good depth as well as energy to sappy raspberry, bitter cherry and spicecake flavors, which turn sweeter through the back half. Gains power with air while maintaining energy and focus, and closes with smooth, even tannins that harmonize with the wine's vibrant fruit. All whole clusters and raised in stainless steel tanks.
