Ruby-red. Sexy, floral-accented red berry and cherry on the nose, with suave anise and mineral qualities adding complexity. Supple kirsch, vanilla and licorice flavors are sweetened by candied rose and firmed by youthful tannins. Finishes sweet and impressively long, with lingering licorice and bitter chocolate qualities. Give this some time in bottle or aeration.
