The wine absolutely bounds from the glass with a Grand Cru Burgundy confidence… A supremely elegant perfume combines with a medley of red fruits and forest floor, showing touches of pepper and spice. The palate is wonderfully effortless, precise, mineral, juicy, and superbly balanced with terrific freshness and poise. Black cherries, plums, and fresh berries abound, with earthy mineral notes and violets pacing the palate, cushioned with silky tannins. Such a vibrant wine that gets better and better in the glass over hours. Will age tremendously but I doubt you will be able to leave it that long. 2017-2027+
