Tasted straight from barrel, the 2018 Pinot Noir Bloom's Field is a dark, somber wine at this stage. Black cherry, plum, sage and cloves marry beautifully with the wine's natural concentration and explosive depth. This is another dazzling wine from Domaine de la Côte, but it is also embryonic.

The 2018 Pinot Noir Bloom's Field has a medium ruby color and a nose of raspberries and blackberries with touches of dried flowers and iron. The palate is silky, perfumed and light on its feet, with loads of nuanced flavor layers and a long, ethereal finish. 564 cases produced.
