Tasting Notes and Scores

16.5 JR

The first vintage-dated release of this cuvée, which has previously been a multi-vintage blend. 89% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Cabernet Franc, 4% Petit Verdot, 3% Merlot. Aged for 19.5 months in new French oak. Delicious pure black fruit, there's a bit of a raisined element but fresh fruit too. Sweet oak vanilla and finely brushed tannin. The finish leaves oak and spice in charge. (RH)
