Tasting Notes and Scores
95pts Audrey Frick, Jeb Dunnuck.com From the Less Stevens Vineyard and pouring a nearly opaque red, the 2019 Pinot Noir Hopewell Hills is woodsy with aromas of sandalwood, kirsch, moss-covered earth, and fresh leather. Medium to full-bodied, it takes on crunchy fruit, with snappy fresh acidity and an orange citrus-tinged finish. It’s elegant and long on the palate and will do well with another year or two in bottle. Drink 2025-2040.
