The 2021 Bass Phillip marked a significant milestone as it was the first full vintage where every stage - from the growing season through vinification, élevage, and bottling - was overseen entirely by the new team under the direction of Jean-Marie Fourrier.
Simply put, these are some of the greatest New World Pinot Noirs and easily stand alongside some of the greats of Burgundy. However, despite the tiny production - the winery as a whole makes under 3,000 cases across all of their wines - the prices remain far too low for the quality.
