Rich and muscular, the 2021 Feytit Clinet offers up aromas of cassis, blackberries, violets and toasty new oak. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and layered, it's a generous, structured Pomerol built around powdery tannins and lively acids.
William Kelley, April 2022
The 2021 Feytit-Clinet is a relatively soft, easygoing wine for a Pomerol that tends to be both brooding and explosive. Crushed red berry fruit, rose petal, spice and lavender are nicely pushed forward. Today, my impression is that the 2021 will be a wine to drink on the younger side, while some of the more important vintages mature in the cellar. Incidentally, a recent bottle of the 2009 was both fabulous and very young. Antonio Galloni, Vinous, May 2022
Beautiful richness through the palate, good quality, precision and depth, and plenty of Pomerol punch, although with more of a bite than usual. This delivers a ton of graphite and pencil lead, but also cassis, blackberry, earthy tannins, good stuff.
