A deep hue. A fine raspberry, cranberry, slightly spicy nose with good definition. Good intensity and cohesion. Full-bodied, good acidity, slight grainy tannins with excellent delineation. Crushed violets, cassis, blueberry. Clean focused finish. Excellent. Tasted October 2007.
