Tasting Notes and Scores
(bottled in April of 2010): Medium red. Cool aromas of cherry liqueur and crushed stone. Sweet on entry, then focused and penetrating, with savory, saline soil tones currently dominating primary fruits. Finishes structured and long. Quite closed today and in need of four or five years of cellaring.

An airy, expressive and transparent nose of spicy red berry and floral hints leads to seductive light to middle weight flavors that possess a lacy mouth feel though the tension-filled finish is linear and vibrant. This is light on its feet but does not lack for punch or flavor authority. Drink 2014+.
