Tasting Notes and Scores

Ruby fruit and plenty of under-bark earthiness. This really tastes like the scent of leaves when you scoop up handfuls of them. Mouth-watering earthiness, but the fruit like a glowing red line running through the earthiness. Pretty tannic at the moment but the tannins are not harsh. There is something about this wine that reminds me of Nebbiolo! Quiet elegance. Tamlyn Currin.
