Tasting Notes and Scores

89.5 ST

Full ruby-red. Fairly oaky aromas of currant, smoke, brown spices and minerals. Tightly wrapped and penetrating, but a bit youthfully aggressive today. Not yet showing its sweetness in the middle palate, but this very young wine displays excellent persistence. Tannins are firm but not hard.
