A very pretty, mineral-laden bouquet that unfurls in the glass with delicate touches of citrus, almond and a touch of lemon thyme. The palate is well-balanced with crisp layers of white stone fruits and a finish that makes a mockery of its humble Bourgogne Blanc status. One to enjoy this summer and beyond.
