Tasting Notes and Scores
(a blend of La Justice in the northern part of the village and Les Seuvrées in the south): Bright, dark red. Cooler aromas of raspberry, white tobacco and mint complicated by sexy smoke and meat nuances. Juicy, quite dry and subdued; a step down in texture and depth from the last couple of wines. Rather taut for a village wine, but shows attractive rose petal lift. Finishes juicy, spicy and persistent, with suave tannins.

Vinous
Cask sample. 50% from the climat La Justice and 50% in the south from climat Les Seuvrées. Mid crimson. Not the most frank wine of the lot. A bit astringent and with a slight green streak. Not a charmer. Needs a bit more richness in the middle. Dry finish. (JR)
